Originally created in 1929 by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Lilly Reich for the German Pavilion at the Barcelona International Exposition, the Barcelona Chair stands as one of the greatest achievements of modernist furniture design.

Its sculptural X-shaped stainless steel frame and hand-stitched Italian Nappa leather cushions embody the perfect balance of form, function, and comfort. Every detail—from the smooth buckle seams to the high-density rebound foam—reflects precision craftsmanship and enduring elegance.

At a 105° ergonomic recline, the chair supports every curve of the body, providing exceptional comfort for the neck, back, and legs. The natural grain and breathability of Nappa leather preserve softness even with time, while the resilient foam ensures shape retention under daily use.
