A striking departure from Hans J. Wegner’s traditional wooden designs, the iconic Flag Halyard Chair (1950) embodies a bold fusion of industrial materials and organic comfort. Crafted with a solid stainless steel frame, handwoven rope seat, and a luxurious sheepskin throw, this piece redefines relaxation through sculptural form and ergonomic precision.

Designed with a perfectly balanced reclining angle and paired with a movable footrest, it delivers exceptional support while relieving pressure on the spine and lower body. A refined leather headrest—inspired by high-end automotive interiors—adds an extra layer of comfort and sophistication.

A true statement piece for modern interiors, blending Danish modernism with raw, tactile warmth.
