We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly inconsistent with the product description.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • Within 30 days of delivery, the item is unused and in original condition, and a return is mutually agreed upon with our customer service team.

Please note:
Custom-made or made-to-order furniture items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


2. Return Request Procedure

To start a return request:

  • Contact us at support@purebaustore.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description
  • Our team will review the case within 2–3 business days
  • If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund

Important:
Please do not return any item without receiving confirmation and a return address from us.


3. Refund Processing Time

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • 5–7 business days

Your bank may require additional time to post the refund.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund

We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After the order has entered production or international freight processing, cancellation is no longer possible because international shipments cannot be stopped or modified once arranged.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is caused by damage, defects, or incorrect delivery, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • Returns due to customer preference or personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed, incorrect size/color ordered) are not accepted due to the nature of international freight for furniture items.

7. Delivery Guarantee

If your order is not delivered within 75 business days from the shipment date, you are eligible for a full refund.
